Full-Time Othello, WA Clinic + Inpatient Care
Are you a compassionate, skilled Pediatrician looking to make a meaningful difference? We re seeking a Board-Certified Pediatrician to join a dedicated healthcare team in Othello, WA , delivering comprehensive care across both outpatient and inpatient settings. Position Overview Provide primary, acute, and chronic care to infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. This role blends clinic responsibilities with inpatient coverage , offering variety, autonomy, and strong community impact.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Care - Deliver comprehensive pediatric care in clinic and hospital settings
- Perform physical exams, developmental screenings, and diagnostic evaluations
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric conditions
- Prescribe medications and oversee treatment plans & continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and compliant EMR documentation
Hospital & Call Duties - Maintain active hospital privileges
- Participate in inpatient care and call rotation (including evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams
Patient & Family Engagement - Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and families
- Provide education on preventive care, treatments, and medications
- Deliver culturally responsive, patient-centered communication
Professional Contributions - Participate in quality improvement and peer review programs
- Attend provider meetings and continuing medical education (CME)
- Collaborate with clinical teams and leadership on care initiatives
- Support training and organizational development efforts
Qualifications Required:
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited Pediatric Residency
- Board Certification in Pediatrics
- Active or eligible Washington State medical license
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems
Preferred:
- Bilingual ( English/Spanish ) ?
- Experience in outpatient pediatrics and/or rural healthcare

Compensation & Benefits - $230,829 $300,077 annually (DOE)
